Lee Hyori recently decided to go on a weekend camping trip with her friends and her dog, ‘Soonshim‘.

On October 30th, Hyori tweeted, “I’m having an enjoyable weekend. I’m camping with my friends and Soonshim.” In the photo, Hyori is seen with a bare face–and feet for that matter –, giving a bright smile to the camera.

In response, netizens said, “Your fashion reminds me of ‘Family Outing‘” and “I’m glad you two can take a vacation. You look good too.”

While Hyori is not currently participating in any self-promotional activities, it’s nice seeing celebrities take a breather from their crazy lifestyle. We hope Hyori has a restful vacation!

[NEWS] Lee Hyori's Picture Misused for Sony Ad

Lee Hyori's picture has been misused for an advertisement in China.

On a recent post in an Internet forum site, someone took a picture of Sony laptop advertisment in a shopping center in China. In the ad, Lee Hyori is holding a pink Sony laptop. However, anyone could easily recognize that the picture of Lee Hyori is actually from a famous alcohol brand advertisement in Korea. The advertisement has been photoshopped-- the original alcohol bottle has been replaced with a pink laptop. Lee Hyori has never modelled for Sony laptops in China before.

Misusing Korean celebrities pictures for advertisements in China is a fairly frequent happening. However, it is quite shocking that a global brand such as Sony would misuse a picture like this.

Last year, pictures of many other top Korean stars such as Lee Hyori, Han Ye Seul, Kim Jung Eun, Choi Jung Won, Lee Tae Ran and others, appeared on a breast enhancement advertisement and became quite an issue. Recently, Kim Tae Hee and Lee Da Hae appeared on an escort service site in London.

Sources from Lee Hyori's management say, "There are many countries along witih China that break the copyright laws and misuse photos like this. However, there are many phantom companies in China so unfortunately, it's not easy to take legal actions against them."

Lee Ji In in particular is noted for working with Lee Hyori, Solbi, and many other famous stars. Since Hyori has one of the best figures in the industry, Lee Ji In revealed that it’s due in part to Hyori’s determination. “She has a good personality and strong-willed physical stamina, so she works out hard. Hyori is just one of many who’ve seen great results from targeted exercises,” she said.

The one she noted in particular utilizes an elevated platform – a simple up-step, down-step is what this personal trainer claims helped Hyori lose 3-4 kilograms (6-9 pounds) in just one month.

“Out of all the celebrities I’ve trained,” said Lee Ji In, “I respect Jo Hye Ryun the most. Before we even met for our sessions, she would show up and jump rope 1,000 – 2,000 times. No matter how busy she was, she exercised every single day and lost all the fat around her belly in just three months.”
