Singer Lee Hyori’s warm heart warms up this cold winter.

On November 22nd, Lee tweeted a picture with the comment that begins “Last Sunday, my hands and feet were freezing in the piercing wind. When I visited an 80-year-old woman’s place, she was sitting alone in a cold room.”

“What she said was shocking. She said that she does not turn on the heater unless she feels like freezing to death. Well, I felt like freezing to death that day. She kept on wiping her tears away saying, ‘Thank you for visiting me in such a cold weather,’ and her tears made me cry.”

In the picture, Lee is wiping her tears away with one hand while holding the old woman’s hand with another.

It is said that Lee went to visit senior citizens who live alone for a volunteering work with her fans during the weekends.
